Instructions:

For the egg casserole with plums, beat the eggs well with the sugar.

Add the flour by the tablespoon. Sprinkle in the ground hazelnuts. Wash and pit the plums.

Grease a baking pan, place the plums on the bottom and pour the egg mixture over them. Bake in the preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes.

Serve the egg casserole with plums.
