For the Easter nests, first preheat the oven to 175 °C. Beat the egg into the curd cheese, add the milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt and mix to a homogeneous mass.

Sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl, knead in two steps with the curd mixture to form a dough. Form 16 finger-thick rolls about 20 cm long.

Weave two rolls together and form a small nest. Place on parchment paper and brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake on the middle rack for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. When cool, place a brightly colored hard egg in each of the Easter nests.
