A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Peel the potatoes and drive them through the passevite. Add egg yolks, sugar, flour and salt, knead into a dough. If the dough is still too wet, add a little flour. Leave the dough to cool for half an hour.

Mix egg and sugar to a light, fluffy cream, stir in the curd. Stir in the berries just until smooth.

Grease small portion molds well and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Roll out the dough between transparent sheets and cut out rounds. Spread out the pastry in the cups, pour in the berry mixture and bake in a 200 °C oven for 25 minutes. Cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
