Instructions:

Cut the finished bread dumplings into evenly sized pieces.

Beat the eggs and whisk well.

Heat a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the dumpling pieces in it.

Beat the egg mixture over the top and let it set. Stir occasionally.

Season dumplings with egg with salt and pepper to taste and serve with fresh chopped herbs of your choice.
