Instructions:

For the dominoes, mix the dry ingredients and knead with eggs and honey until smooth. Let rest for at least half an hour, roll out on baking paper and bake at 180 °C in a preheated oven until light brown.

In the meantime, peel apples, steam in water until soft, strain with a blender, mix in jelling sugar and boil for 4 minutes.

Spread the lukewarm apple jelly on the cooled gingerbread and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Roll out the marzipan to a thickness of approx. 2 mm, place on the jelly, press down well and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long and 1.5 cm wide.

Heat the dipping mass in a water bath, dip the dominoes in it and leave to dry on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
