For the dill sauce, sauté the finely chopped onions in hot butter. Add flour and fry briefly. Add dill stalks, sweet cream and sour cream and bring to the boil. Remove the dill stalks and mix the sauce.

Season with salt, a pinch of sugar, white pepper and lemon juice. Finally, stir the chopped dill weed into the dill sauce.
