Cut the butter into small pieces. Mix the baking powder, flour, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Put all the ingredients in a suitable bowl, drizzle the milk over them and quickly knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 3mm and cut out in any shape.

Place on a greased and floured baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Cool, then assemble two cookies each with the strained jam. Place them close together and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
