Instructions:

Place 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream on a plate and freeze for 30 minutes. Spread coconut flakes evenly on a plate. Lightly beat 2 egg whites and turn the ice cream ball to the other side and coat it in the coconut flakes. Then turn once more in the egg white and coat again. Fry the ice cream ball in 180 °C hot fat for 30 seconds and then degrease on kitchen roll. For the sauce, bring the dark chocolate, milk chocolate and whipped cream to the boil.

Pour the sauce into dessert bowls and place the deep-fried ice cream balls in the center.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
