For the debreziner in a sleeping skirt, roll out the puff pastry and cut into 8 even pieces. Spread this with barbecue sauce of choice, leaving the edges clean, sprinkle with parmesan.
Beat the egg and brush the edges with it. Prick debreziner with a fork all around, so they don’t burst during baking. Roll in puff pastry, pressing edges lightly.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush puff pastry with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the wrapped debreziner in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
