Instructions:

Knead together baking powder, sugar, flour, egg, almond oil, vanilla sugar, fat.

Preheat the oven. Spread dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread with pineapple jam. Sprinkle dates in small cubes on top.

Peel nuts, chop finely. Stir into melted butter with sugar and whipping cream. Bring to a boil once, cool. Spread smoothly on the dough. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cut dough into triangles while still warm (base line 7 cm, sides 4.5 cm), cool. Melt cooking chocolate, dip corners of triangles.
