A cake recipe for all foodies:

1. ) Beat 250g butter, 200g sugar and vanillin – sugar until thick and creamy. Fold in the eggs. Mix flour and baking powder and fold in briefly. Grease the grease pan of the oven (about 38×34 cm) and spread half of the dough on it. Stir poppy seed filling into remaining batter and carefully spread on light batter.

2) Drain the peaches well and place all but 3 halves, cut side down, on the dough. Bake in a heated oven (electric oven: 175 °C / gas: level 2) for 35 to 40 minutes.

3. ) Stir pudding powder and 6 tbsp. milk. Bring the remaining milk and sugar to the boil. Add the pudding powder and let it boil. Cool. Fold in curd cheese briefly. Beat remaining butter until creamy white.

Add pudding by tablespoonfuls to butter form while stirring. Spread buttercream on cake, set aside to cool for about 1 hour.

4. ) Melt cooking chocolate and coconut oil, cool a little. Brush cake with it. Make wavy streaks through with a cake comb. Dry. Cut cake into pieces. Whip whipped cream until stiff, decorate cake with cream puffs and peach slices.
