Instructions:

Heat crushed leaves and oil in a glass or possibly enamel pot at low temperature, bring to a boil and gently simmer for 15 min.

Remove from heat, cover and infuse for 4-5 hours. Strain through a nylon sieve and squeeze flowers in the sieve to retain as much oil as possible. Pour into a bottle, seal and label.
