Instructions:

Sift the pea flour into a large enough bowl and add enough water, stirring to make a thin paste. Then fold in the milk, yogurt and remaining water and set the baking bowl aside.

Chop the onions, peppers and peeled potatoes.

Heat butter fat in a saucepan, pour in the chopped vegetables and cook for 5 min until tender. Add parsley, salt, turmeric, curry powder, cumin and red pepper and continue cooking until the vegetables are soft.

Then pour in the pea flour mixture, let it bubble up and thicken the mixture while stirring continuously. Reduce the heat and make the soup again for 30 minutes.

Bring to the table hot.

Tip: Use regular or light yogurt as needed!
