Instructions:

For the sweet hedgehog prepare a sweet yeast dough according to the recipe.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Set aside a small part of the dough for each of the hedgehog’s paws. Roll out one part of the dough into a circle and place 1-2 tablespoons of jam in the center. Close the dough into a ball and form a pointed snout for the hedgehog at one end. Roll small paws out of the remaining dough and attach them to the body of the hedgehog. Now use kitchen scissors to cut small spikes into the hedgehog and 3 cuts into the paws (see video instructions).

Use raisins to form the eyes and the tip of the hedgehog’s nose. Do the same with the remaining 3 pieces.

Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes until the sweet hedgehog has turned a golden brown color.
