Instructions:

For sweet creepy bones, first line two baking sheets with baking paper. Preheat oven to 100 °C convection oven. Mix sugar with vanilla pulp.

For the meringues, whip egg whites, salt and lemon juice with the whisks of a mixer until stiff. As soon as the mixture starts to turn white, add the sugar by tablespoonfuls and beat in thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a thick, smooth nozzle.

Now pipe 10 meringues in the shape of a bone onto each of the prepared trays: To do this, simply pipe a vertical line, and pipe two dots on the top and two dots on the bottom. Place the trays on the 2nd and 3rd rack from the bottom, leaving the oven door open a little with the help of a wooden spoon. Let dry for about 1 1/2 hours. Halfway through baking time, switch baking sheets. Remove meringue buns from baking sheet and let cool completely on a baking rack.

For the filling, chop 150 g chocolate and melt in a water bath. Stir the orange zest into the liquid chocolate. Allow to cool slightly.

Spread 10 meringue bones thickly with chocolate, cover with the remaining 10 bones.

Arrange sweet creepy bones on crumbled chocolate cookies, enjoy immediately or let dry.
