Instructions:

Cut meat into strips, fry in portions in hot fat, season. Peel onions, halve and cut into wedges.

Add to meat and cook until translucent. Extinguish everything with clear soup and steam for about 30 minutes. Season to taste.

Serve with paprika rice with chopped parsley.

Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
