Instructions:

Mix together spelt semolina, flour, butter, curd, salt, egg. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.

Then form 10 dumplings.

Heat water in a pot and boil the dumplings gently for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove carefully from the water with a sieve ladle.

Roast breadcrumbs in butter in a pan and roll the curd dumplings in it.
