For the curd cheese and raisin stollen, cream butter with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Fold in the curd cheese. Add candied fruit with the raisins, almond kernels and lemon zest.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and knead in. Shape the dough into a stollen on a floured surface or pour it into a greased stollen mold. Place everything together on the baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Melt the butter and brush the stollen a few times right after baking.

While still warm, dust the curd cheese and raisin stollen thickly with powdered sugar.
