Instructions:

For the curd cheese croissants, crumble flour with butter and process with curd cheese, salt and an egg. Let dough rest for 1/2 hour.

Roll out dough 1/2 cm thick and cut out triangles. Spread jam on top of each triangle. Roll up from the wide side.

Form croissants and brush with beaten egg and bake croissants at 180 degrees until light brown.
