A cake recipe for all foodies:

First separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, put the egg whites in the refrigerator to cool. Mix the butter with the egg yolks and a pinch of salt with a hand mixer. Now add the sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until creamy. Now mix the curd cheese with the quantity. Carefully drizzle in the custard powder (otherwise it will dust) and mix with it. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold in by hand, finally add the raisins. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Fill the dough into a greased cake springform pan (26 cm ø) and smooth the surface. Line the oven with parchment paper so that any liquid that may escape does not burn in it. Place the cake springform pan in the stove and increase the heat to 160 degrees. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours. If necessary, towards the end of the baking time, lower the heat a little bit so that the surface does not get too dark. If the cake has risen at the edges when you take it out of the oven, just press it down again carefully.
