Instructions:

Prepare a dampfl for the curd cake. Prepare the yeast dough and let it rise. Grease a baking tray with a high edge. Roll out the dough on it and let it rise for another 20 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the topping. Mix the curd cheese with milk until creamy. Spread on the yeast dough, then mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar and spread evenly over the curd.

Remove the skin from the apples, cut them into quarters, slice them and spread them evenly over the curd. Let rest for another 10 minutes and bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf.
