Instructions:

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the belly meat into 2 cm pieces.

Heat oil in a pot and fry the chopped onion and garlic. Add the meat and fry it as well.

Remove the pot from the stove, sprinkle in paprika powder and pour in beef broth. Season with marjoram, salt and pepper and simmer uncovered over low heat for about 25 minutes.

Add the rice, stir and steam until tender, 20-25 minutes. Stir from time to time. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces and add to the rice. Let stand without heat for 5 minutes.

Arrange the gherkin rice meat and serve.
