Croque Monsieur a La Feinspitz

For the Croque Monsieur, preheat the oven to 180°. Mix cheese, yolk and whipped cream, season with salt and pepper.

Spread it on half of the toast slices. Place the ham, cheese slices and washed spinach on top.

Cover with the remaining slices of toast and spread again with the cheese-top mixture.

Cut the bacon into thin strips and place on top. Bake Croque Monsieur in the oven for 5 minutes.
