For the antipasti, preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 20 small circles with a round cookie cutter. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Finely chop the shallots and sauté in a little oil. Whisk the yolks with the milk, herbs, salt, cooled shallots and freshly ground pepper. Spread on puff pastry circles and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool. Place a Bresso Antipasti on each, secure with a wooden skewer and serve.
