Instructions:

For the creamed spinach pasta, prepare the creamed spinach according to instructions. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside. Sauté the garlic in a little oil and sear the mini shrimp in it on all sides.

Add spinach, vegetable soup, lemon juice, Philadelphia and whipped cream and stir. Add the noodles.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Serve garnished with basil and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
