Peel, rinse and coarsely dice the potatoes. Sauté in hot fat and douse with clear soup. Cover and cook for about 25 minutes. Clean, rinse and divide cauliflower into roses. After 10 min add to potatoes form. Keep some roses warm. Blend the soup. Add whipped cream and bring to a boil briefly. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Cut salmon into strips. Rinse dill, pluck off. Serve soup with cauliflower florets, salmon and dill.
