Instructions:

For the garlic cream soup, first prepare the croutons.

For the croutons, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic in it, add the bread cubes and fry everything together briefly.

For the cream of garlic soup, heat the olive oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and the equally finely chopped garlic until translucent. Pour in the soup and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes at low heat.

Then finely puree the soup with a hand blender. Refine the soup with the Cremefine and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the garlic cream soup together with the croutons.
