For creamed mushrooms with porcini, first soak the porcini mushrooms in a small bowl of water. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in a little oil until translucent.

Cut the meat into fine strips and fry. Squeeze the porcini mushrooms (save the soaking water) and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Extinguish with the soaking water and add as much water as necessary to cover the meat. Let simmer. Mix the cream with some potato starch and stir into the cooked meat.
