For the topping of the tart:

Instructions:

Put flour in a large enough bowl, press a bulge, add soft butter and an egg, sprinkle a little salt on the edge of the flour, prepare smooth and rest in the refrigerator. Later roll out and line a fruit tart pan with it. Cut the edge neatly into small pieces.

Remove the peel from the white asparagus spears from top to bottom, from the green asparagus spears from the center to the bottom and cook them al dente in light salted water with a pinch of sugar and a flake of butter, then cut them into oblique pieces five centimeters long. Cut ham into strips, clean and chop chives, parsley and wild garlic.

Cut cress into small pieces and cut feta into cubes.

Mix milk, curd cheese, cream cheese, one chive, egg, parsley and wild garlic well and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Pour some of the amount on the dough base, sprinkle ham on top and form the rest of the amount on top.

Spread asparagus on top evenly, sprinkle grated cheese on top, spread feta evenly on top and season with pepper mill. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees in about 30 to 35 min.
