Couscous Ham Loaf with Cream Cheese Dip From the Hot Air Fryer

Instructions:

In a spacious bowl, pour boiling soup or boiling water over couscous, cover and let swell for 2-3 minutes.

Cut ham into fine cubes, peel carrot and grate finely. Clean the young onion and cut into fine rings. Mix with the oat flakes, chopped herbs, egg and spices into the slightly cooled couscous.

With wet hands, shape into balls about the size of a golf ball, press down well and form into loaves. Bake in the grill pan of the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer with about 1 tsp olive oil at 180 °C for 3-4 minutes, turn and finish cooking for another 3-4 minutes.

Mix cream cheese with sour cream, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper until smooth.
