Peel the apple, remove the core and grate on the coarse side of the kitchen grater.

Put the grated apple, oatmeal and milk in a saucepan and simmer, stirring, until the porridge has the desired consistency.

Add the honey and cornflower blossoms and stir to combine. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with the daisy flowers.
