A cake recipe for all foodies:

Crush the cornflakes, knead 50 g of them with sugar, fat, orange back, egg yolks, chocolate cookies, salt, flour and baking powder with a mixer. Shape into 3 rolls (20 cm long), refrigerate for 2 hours.

Cut into 1 cm thick slices, shape into balls. Roll first in egg white, then in 100 g cornflakes on the other side. Bake on a baking sheet with parchment paper in a heated oven.

Circuit: 180 to 200 , 2nd slide bar v. U.

160 to 180 , convection oven 15 to 20 min.

Makes about 60 pieces
