For the cornbread, mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Cut the butter into small pieces and mix in. Mix the egg and a little milk and add it as well.

Knead the dough well by hand and add milk until a firm dough is formed.

Let the dough rise for half an hour. Then form several small loaves from the dough, sprinkle with water and sprinkle with some fine polenta.

Let rise again for half an hour.

Bake in the oven at medium heat for 45 minutes. In the combi steamer, use the setting: combi cooking – hot air plus – 100% humidity – 30 minutes.
