Instructions:

To do this, first prepare the dough. To do this, knead together flour, butter, sugar and egg.

Divide the dough in half. Knead 1 half together with cocoa and milk. Divide both doughs into 3 portions each. Refrigerate for approx. 1 hour.

Preheat oven (electric oven 200 °C /gas: level 3).

For the chocolate flowers:Form one unit of dark dough into a roll (approx. 4 cm ø), cut into 1/2 cm thick slices. Bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool.Melt white cooking chocolate over a water bath and coat the cookies with it. Decorate with cherries and pistachios.

For the star cookies:Roll out one unit of light dough. Cut out stars. Bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Melt milk cooking chocolate over a water bath, pipe onto star cookies as a grid.

For the coconut hearts:Roll out one unit of dark dough and cut out hearts. Bake for about 10 minutes and let cool. Mix confectioners’ sugar, all but 2 tsp, with a tiny bit of water. Then spread the glaze on the hearts and sprinkle with coconut.

For the angel eyes: Form small balls from a part of the light dough unit and press a bulge into them. Bake for about 12 minutes. Let cool. Heat the jelly, pour into the cavities and let set. Then dust with the remaining powdered sugar.

For the zebra bar:Divide the remaining unit of the light dough in half. Roll out both halves 2 mm thin and the last dark dough 4 mm thick. Nougat over
