Instructions:

Wash and finely chop the wild garlic leaves and radishes. Cut the lettuce into pieces and wash. Cut the Emmental and turkey ham into thin strips.

Prepare a marinade with oil, vinegar, honey, mustard and salt.

Mix wild garlic, radishes, lettuce, cheese and ham with the marinade.
