Instructions:

Remove outer leaves of cabbage head, cut into quarters, cut out the stalk and chop the cabbage very finely.

Blanch in salted water if desired.

Mix vinegar with oil, salt, sugar, caraway seeds and pepper to a marinade and add to the cabbage.

Press the cabbage well and serve.
