Instructions:

Beat the eggs with the water and assugrin in a wide bowl with a mixer until very creamy. Sift cocoa powder over it, add the whipped cream on top. Stir everything in with a whisk.

Stir in the soaked, squeezed and dissolved gelatine. Immediately

fill into ramekins. Freeze. Dust with cocoa powder.
