Cod Chops with Shrimp

Instructions:

Rinse and dry cod chops. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Steep for 10 min. Peel and quarter onion. Rinse parsley and chop coarsely.

Grease a glass baking dish with butter and pour in the drained chops, add parsley and onion. Add remaining butter in flakes and white wine.

Cover and cook at 850 watts for 12 minutes. Then remove the chops and leave them covered with aluminum foil.

For the sauce, strain the stock. Rinse and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Pour the stock into the glass mold, mix in the bouillon cubes. Add mushrooms and shrimps. Steam at 850 watts for 3 min. with lid closed until soft. Mix in sauce thickener and bubble up at 850 watts for 1-2 min.

Refine with crème fraîche and perhaps add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
