For the coconut yogurt, in a non-stick pan, lightly toast the flaked almonds until light brown – watch out, it goes fast! Mix one half yogurt with blueberry jam, the other with coconut flakes.

First pour the coconut mixture, then the blueberry mixture into a bowl, serve sprinkled with flaked almonds.
