Coconut Panna Cotta with Grapes with Stevia

Instructions:

For the coconut panna cotta with grapes, wash the grapes, cut in half and set aside.

Bring all ingredients except gelatin and grapes to a boil and simmer gently on low for one minute.

Set aside to cool.

Soak gelatin in cold water, squeeze out and place in a saucepan.

Heat on low until completely dissolved.

Then mix well with cooled panna cotta (should no longer be hot, just warm).

Pour into glass bowls, sprinkle in half the grapes and refrigerate until set (about 3 hours).

After an hour, remove the glass bowls briefly from the refrigerator, as the panna cotta has already set slightly, and sprinkle the remaining halved grapes on top.

This will keep them on the surface – and it will look appetizing. Immediately place back in the refrigerator.
