Instructions:

First, mix the eggs and sugar in a mixer until you get a thick creamy mixture.

Add the oil, rum and orange juice and stir briefly.

Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the oil mixture and whisk in briskly.

Grease and crumble a loaf pan. Pour in the batter and bake at 180 °C convection oven for approx. 45 minutes.
