For the coconut biscuits, beat egg whites and granulated sugar until creamy and stiff. Mix the coconut flakes and cinnamon into the beaten egg whites.

Form small heaps of the mixture with a teaspoon and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the coconut biscuits at 180° for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
