For the coconut biscuits, beat the egg whites with the lemon juice and vanilla sugar until stiff. Gradually add the sugar and coconut flakes.
Make small heaps on a baking tray with a spoon and bake at 160 °C for approx. 20 minutes. Remove from the oven as soon as the tops turn brown.
Melt the chocolate and spread it decoratively over the biscuits with a fork.
