Melt the butter in an ovenproof dish, add the oil. Remove the peel from the onions and place them one by one in the mold. Pour the white wine over them and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.

Turn the onions to the other side and add a little more wine or water.

Cook in the oven for another half hour. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse and chop the parsley and sprinkle over the onions.
