Instructions:

For the Cinnamon Rolls, place all ingredients for the dough in a large bowl and knead with a food processor. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.

Roll out into a large rectangle on floured work surface, brush generously with the softened butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and roll up from the longer side.

Cut the roll into slices about 3 inches thick with a very sharp knife, place in a large baking pan lined with parchment paper (or in a tall baking sheet), leaving plenty of space between the rolls as they rise.

Cover the rolls again and let them rise in a warm place until they have visibly increased in size. Preheat oven to 180 degrees hot air, meanwhile place the Rolls already inside and let them continue to rise until they butt up against each other.

Let the Cinnamon Rolls bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the frosting and spread over the rolls while they are still warm.
