Instructions:

A cake recipe for all foodies:

Hazelnuts, cinnamon, flour, lemon zest, salt , the egg yolks and butter knead together until smooth. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough 2 mm thin and cut out leaves either using a template or a cookie cutter. Cut each leaf lengthwise first, then cut one half of each diagonally, similar to leaf ribs.

Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cookies.

Preheat oven to 180 C.

Bake the leaves for 10 min, then cool. Cut cooking chocolate and cake glaze into pieces, let melt. Dip the smooth side of the leaf into the cooking chocolate up to the longitudinal notch and dry.
