Instructions:

Soak the beans for one night and then soften them in beef broth. Finally, add the bacon cubes and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix paprika powder, garlic, olive oil, pepper, juniper berries, 1 tsp salt to a marinade and add rosemary and thyme. Cut the chicken breasts into goulash-sized pieces, place them in the marinade and let them sit for about 20 min. Cut the peppers in half, clean them and fry them in hot oil for 2 min. Cut peppers, bacon and grilled sausage into cubes like the meat.

Alternate meat with bacon, grilled sausage and the peppers on skewers. Grill the skewers all around.

Cut tomatoes and onion into slices. Spread the tomatoes evenly on one third of each plate and top with onion rings. Garnish with plucked fresh cilantro and season with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

Evenly distribute the black beans on the plates and arrange the kebabs on top.
