For the tiramisu, mix the mascarpone, curd, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and then fold in.
In a larger mold or in individual glasses, fill one layer of the mixture at a time, then layer crumbled speculoos on top.
Then spread the frozen berries on top. Repeat the whole process so that the berries are on top again.
Leave to stand overnight in the refrigerator. Dust the tiramisu with powdered sugar or cocoa before serving.
