Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Chocolate cupcakes Fill the quantity into buttered and mottled small ramekins. (The ramekins should have a diameter of about eight to ten centimeters) Bake the chocolate cakes in the heated oven for about eight to ten minutes. Now turn out.

Orange fillets Boil the thyme honey with the juice of an organic orange a little bit.

Add some saffron threads and at the end add orange fillets of the two remaining organic oranges.

Strawberry ice cream Mash the frozen strawberries in a hand mixer and add a sip of white wine and maybe a tablespoon of sugar.

Arrange all three components on a plate.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
