For the chocolate tartlets, beat eggs with sugar until foamy, add salt. Melt butter slowly with the chocolate.

Gently stir melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Fold in flour. Divide mixture into ramekins, bake for approx. 12 minutes at 210 °C (no convection oven).

Serve directly in the ramekins.
